Finally starting to change over to Dreamwidth- it took a while, mostly due to being moved to the US for a month after getting one. I am so behind on some things (like invites X_X)

ANYWAY. I am TRYING to get things done around the house, so, uh, if people want to help motivate me? I'll take pictures as I get things done and post em or something. I'm just struggling to keep motivated. I've made some fleexe hats, am waiting for buckram to arrive, and am currently working on Cindy who shall be worn on Friday of Youmacon. Jia, Avianna, Ryn, Saeru, and I will be doing Saga Frontier cosplay. If you're interested in joining in, you can find a bunch of character art here. the designs are pretty Amano-ish, so we're interpreting from that. (I'm adding more red to my costume than leaving the watercolour tone for example.) The only characters I know are taken are Rose, Doll, Cindy, and I think Orlouge, Rouge and Zozma.

So yeah, if you're interested in joining in the fun, I think the invite's pretty open, if you're interested in doing the costumes.

I'd suspect some sort of boating accient- or maybe he was born with one leg a foot longer than the other, so he always poses to try to minimise the effect? XD
The art is a little crazy, but I really like some of the characters (and when everyone told me I looked like Cindy, I couldn't quite refuse).

It's getting there, at least. Working on the skirt and I have something I'm really liking for my jacket pattern- now to see if I can make it REALLY work.

So very tempting... Are you interpreting solely from these images? I'm not familiar with Saga Frontier.

Pretty much. There's sprites, but they're not much like the character art and are tiny chibis (not as bad as 8-bit sprites, but close) so we're all working off the pretty artwork instead.
Saga Frontier is one of Ryn's favourite games- it's a fair bit unique and has multiple storylines that overlap and effect each other, which is kinda cool. Very oldschool. XD

Don't know- I'm not 100% sure she's taken, I was guessing at whjat I thought people were doing based on previous conversations. I just tossed Jia an email to check who was doing what. ^_^ Blue is all kinds of awesome, and you could totally do that well~
I'll let you know what the cast list looks like as soon as I have it.

Both Ryn and Sae have done Rouge and Blue. I'm not sure who is making what this time around or if they are planning on re-wearing costumes or not.

Well, I know Sae's not doing Blue- I'm just checking to see if someone on Jia's side has snagged him, I don't think so though.
And Ryn's not making Rouge, so you don't have to worry about Twinness. I think Rouge is free- but again, checking with Jia before I say for 100%.
