Work is vaguely resembling busy. It's a kinda nice change, for once.
Also, my coworkers are being decent. On the downside, I have one hell of a headache cause the store alarms keep going off.

In other news, reading a Game of Thrones finally. Its a bit of a chore as its hitting points of utter turn-off, but it keeps hooking me back in so I haven't quit it yet.

This is after I emaildd asking for a light shift week. And reminded them I'm part time.

U.S. Border agents given power to seize traveller's laptops, cellphones.

According to this article, (checking news at work but can't link from work) U.S border guards now can seize laptops, cellphones and harddrives, make copies of the contents to decie if you're breaking the law (they need no proof to do so) and they can keep the originals or copies therof for a 'reasonable period of time to conduct a search' and the search can be on site or off site.

Never bringing my laptop cross border again, that's for sure. That's just damn frightening, especially as a tatic to 'further ongoing investivagtion'.

Apparently, that means guilty until proven innocent. Gyah.
